Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at antoinemarc3310@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order items and final sale items are not eligible for return. Please check the product page or contact us if you're unsure.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are also available in our Refund Policy.
